KingPrize Sweepstakes Rules & Terms
These Sweepstakes Rules & Terms govern participation in the KingPrize sweepstakes promotion operated by eCom Enterprise USA Inc., a Florida corporation headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida. By accessing or using the KingPrize platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. This document constitutes the complete agreement between you and KingPrize with respect to the gold coins terms and sweepstakes mechanics described herein.
No purchase necessary to play or win. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. KingPrize launched in October 2025 and operates exclusively as a sweepstakes promotion platform, not a gambling service. All activities on KingPrize are governed by applicable sweepstakes law.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the KingPrize sweepstakes promotion is open to legal residents of eligible United States jurisdictions who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation, or 19 years of age where required by applicable state law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of eCom Enterprise USA Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
Residents of certain states and territories are prohibited from participating due to local sweepstakes regulations. A complete list of ineligible jurisdictions is provided in Section 7 of these terms. Void where prohibited by law. KingPrize reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
Participants must have a valid email address, be capable of entering into legally binding contracts, and must not have been previously banned or suspended from the KingPrize platform. Participation constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules & Terms.
2. Account Registration
To participate in the KingPrize sweepstakes promotion, you must create a free account at KingPrize.com. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
Each individual may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will be subject to forfeiture of all associated coin balances and pending redemption requests. KingPrize employs technical and manual measures to detect and prevent duplicate account creation.
Account holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify KingPrize support immediately. KingPrize will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use where the participant failed to safeguard their credentials.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
KingPrize operates as a sweepstakes promotion in accordance with applicable United States law. No purchase necessary to play or win. The sweepstakes promotion consists of two virtual currency types: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). These currencies serve distinct purposes as described in Sections 4 and 5 of these terms.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. All promotional activities, coin distributions, and prize redemptions are subject to verification by eCom Enterprise USA Inc. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. In the event of termination, any unredeemed Sweeps Coins held in eligible accounts will be honored for a period of 30 days following the announcement of termination.
KingPrize is not a licensed gambling operator and does not offer real money gambling. No skill or purchase is required to participate in or win the sweepstakes promotion. The outcome of all sweepstakes games is determined by certified random number generation technology.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins (GC) are virtual play-only currency distributed by KingPrize for entertainment purposes. Understanding the gold coins terms is essential before participating: Gold Coins carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for prizes, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for any form of monetary compensation. Gold Coins exist solely to provide access to social gameplay features on the KingPrize platform.
Gold Coins are issued at KingPrize’s sole discretion through daily bonuses, promotional distributions, and as a component of coin packages purchased by participants. When a participant obtains a coin package, the primary item received is Gold Coins; Sweeps Coins may be included as a promotional bonus alongside Gold Coins in certain packages. The purchase price of any coin package is attributable entirely to the Gold Coins contained therein.
Gold Coins may expire if an account remains inactive for an extended period as specified in KingPrize’s account activity policy. KingPrize reserves the right to adjust Gold Coin balances, distributions, and package compositions at any time. Any perceived value attributed to Gold Coins by participants does not constitute an enforceable claim against eCom Enterprise USA Inc.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes entry currency used on the KingPrize platform. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes at a fixed rate of 1 SC equals $1.00 USD. The minimum redemption threshold is 100 SC, equivalent to $100.00 USD. Sweeps Coins are obtained through promotional distributions, the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, or as a bonus component accompanying qualifying coin packages.
Prior to submitting a redemption request, participants must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC documentation requirements include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. KingPrize will not process any redemption request until KYC verification has been successfully completed. Participants are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after account creation to avoid delays.
Approved redemptions are processed via debit card or bank transfer (ACH). Processing times are generally 3 to 7 business days from the date of approval. PayPal and similar third-party payment services are not supported as redemption methods. KingPrize reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any redemption request.
A playthrough requirement of 1x applies to Sweeps Coins received through promotional distributions before those coins become eligible for redemption. This playthrough requirement applies exclusively to slots; live dealer games and table games contribute 0% toward playthrough. Sweeps Coins obtained through the Alternative Method of Entry are not subject to playthrough requirements. Sweeps Coins cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is required to receive Sweeps Coins. Eligible participants may obtain 1 Sweeps Coin per mail-in entry through the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To submit an AMOE request, participants must first visit the designated AMOE page at KingPrize.com to obtain a unique barcode associated with their account. This barcode must be included with each submission.
To complete an AMOE submission, the participant must handwrite a letter including their full legal name, complete residential address, date of birth, registered email address, and the printed or affixed barcode obtained from the KingPrize AMOE page. The letter must be mailed to the address specified in the Sweepstakes Rules published on the KingPrize.com AMOE page. Typed or printed letters are not eligible; the letter must be handwritten.
One AMOE entry per outer mailing envelope is permitted. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or digitally generated entries are void. KingPrize is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete mail entries. Sweeps Coins received through AMOE will be credited to the participant’s account within a reasonable time after receipt and verification of the mailed entry.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
The KingPrize sweepstakes promotion is not available in all jurisdictions. Residents of the following states and territories are prohibited from participating due to applicable local laws or regulatory requirements. KingPrize reserves the right to add additional jurisdictions to this list at any time without prior notice. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Participants who are physically located in or residents of a prohibited jurisdiction at the time of participation, redemption, or prize claim will be disqualified. KingPrize employs geolocation and address verification tools to enforce these restrictions. Any prizes or Sweeps Coin balances associated with a disqualified account are forfeited. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
8. Coin Packages and Purchases
KingPrize offers optional coin packages for participants who wish to acquire additional Gold Coins for entertainment play. Coin packages are priced from $1.99 to $999.99 USD. As noted in Section 4 governing the gold coins terms, all purchases are made for Gold Coins, which carry no cash value. Any Sweeps Coins included in a package are provided as a free promotional bonus and do not constitute consideration for the purchase price.
No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in the KingPrize sweepstakes promotion. Participants may receive Sweeps Coins at no cost through daily promotional distributions and through the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6. The availability of free Sweeps Coins means that participation in the sweepstakes promotion is accessible to all eligible participants regardless of purchasing activity.
All coin package transactions are final. KingPrize does not offer refunds on coin package purchases except where required by applicable law. Participants who believe a billing error has occurred must contact KingPrize support within 30 days of the transaction date. KingPrize uses industry-standard payment processing and does not store full payment card details on its servers.
KingPrize reserves the right to modify coin package pricing, composition, and availability at any time. Promotional pricing and bonus Sweeps Coin offers are time-limited and subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion. eCom Enterprise USA Inc. is the sole operator responsible for the KingPrize platform and all transactions conducted therein.
